Kohl Marketing, Inc. acquires The NP Group, Southwest Raw Material Distributor
Dallas, TX – June 12, 2015 – Kohl Marketing Inc. announced that it has acquired The NP Group, a specialty chemical/raw material Distribution Company headquartered in Dallas, TX. The purchase will now fully merge long time strategic affiliates Kohl and NP to better serve customers in the Southwest.
The asset purchase of the distribution company fits into Kohl Marketing’s strategy to manage specialty chemical sales and distribution services in the CASE, Food, Plastics, and Rubber markets. By purchasing the company, Kohl Marketing will provide services to customers and principals in TX, OK, NM, LA, and AR.
